An incredible opportunity has arisen at OSET Bikes for a Marketing Manager to define and deliver Global marketing processes, activities and programmes to support the growth in brand awareness, and to support increased sales volumes. The succesful candidate will guide and influence local subsidiary and partner companies to agree and deliver local marketing plans, and to directly define and deliver the marketing activities for the UK market. This role will be situated at the Triumph Motorcycles Head Office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The ideal candidate will hold experience in delivering sales growth in the UK and overseas markets, preferably with consumer goods categories that would be classed as a non-essential, considered purchase. Experience in creating strategic goals and programmes to provide direction and guidance to grow sales volumes is essential for the role as well as being able to manage internal and external stakeholders across international borders
Experience in the motorcycle industry is desirable, as is experience of children’s products within the motorcycle industry. Passion for motorcycles, trials bikes, or OSET is beneficial.
