We are looking for a dedicated and driven Marketing Manager to join Picadeli group. Do you have strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools?   • Cultural fit
  • Proven experience, min. 5 years, in strategic marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
  • FMCG, grocery retail or equivalent business/industry experience is a merit
  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Strategic Marketing
  • Creative attitude, innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical skill and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Brand management and development. By using and adapting Global Brand guidelines, you spearhead Picadeli’s brand development in Finland, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across channels; driving our B2B narrative and thought leadership whilst increasing our brand strength and attractiveness.
  • Strategic planning. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Picadeli’s overall business objectives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Campaign management. Adapt and execute (in close collaboration with Sales Manager) the Global Commercial Calendar into B2B and B2C integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events–to drive foot traffic to Picadeli Salad Bars locations and increase sales.
  • Brand extension. Responsible for building our Food-To-Go brand awareness and market attractiveness by developing and executing smart collabs and promotional activities and events.
  • Partnership and collaborations. Explore and establish partnerships with local digital- and PR-agency to build mutual beneficial relationships.
  • Budget management. Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Market research. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to shape marketing strategies and promotional activities.
