Description:

MARKETING MANAGER

Pro Athlete is seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for all in-house, private label brands. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing social media and email marketing campaigns, including copywriting. The candidate will develop high-level marketing plans encompassing product rollouts, brand launches, customer acquisition, and sales strategies. They will also create and implement both paid and organic marketing strategies to expand our customer base and design partnership, affiliate, and sponsorship programs. The ability to create or collaborate on content that aligns with brand guidelines and a willingness to adapt to multiple marketing roles in a start-up environment are essential.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in eCommerce marketing
  • Baseball and pickleball knowledge/experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concept, plan, and execute social media and email marketing campaigns for all in-house, private label brands - includes copywriting.
  • Develop and help orchestrate the high-level marketing plan for each brand, including: product roll out, brand launch, customer acquisition, sales, etc.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats on the marketing side.
  • Develop and implement a strategic paid and organic plan for all brands.
  • Focus on developing the customer base for each brand.
  • Design and execute a partnership/affiliate/sponsorship program for each brand. (NIL experience and knowledge is encouraged but not required.)
  • Create content (or work with content creators) that develops a consistent brand message and meets brand guidelines.
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned
