As the Marketing Manager on the Integrated Marketing team, you’ll grow consideration, purchase intent, and retention for a variety of business lines and consumer advertising channels. You’ll oversee a wide range of marketing campaigns from inputting on strategy and briefing to channel planning and execution. You’ll ensure all campaigns and marketing tactics achieve the objectives of timeline, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards. In this role, you’ll demonstrate strategic leadership with internal and external stakeholders, and manage a high-performing team of marketing specialists and provide employment decisions, project assignments, performance management, compensation and reward planning, and employee development.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eleven years marketing or related experience
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of eight years marketing or related experience

    Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and/or managing direct reports with strong understanding and nuances of target audiences (employees, agents, existing customers, prospective consumers), business lines and products.

  • Proven knowledge of Marketing in the following areas: strategy development, target messaging, segmentation, creative development process and client service.
  • Ability to maximize the right elements of the marketing mix, inclusive of mass, social, experiential and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of above-the-line (e.g. TV, Audio, Outdoor) through-the-line (e.g. social, web, experiential / events) and below-the-line (e.g. email, digital display, paid search) marketing channels
  • Designs and delivers campaign work-product that meaningfully differentiates the Progressive brand from competition, reflects cultural insights, is contextually relevant and supports key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Compensation

  • $97,400 - $139,200/year

  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
