Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Raffles Dubai
Department: Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Helping Assistant Director of Marketing to Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners for marketing projects.
- Maintain the hotel’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Organize and promote hotel events and activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
