Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Successful track record as Senior Marketing Manager, with broad experience of using multiple channels, online, offline, events, sponsorships and PR.
- Track record of paid spend optimisation across ROW and channels with budgets in excess of c.£1M.
- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.
- Track record of managing external agencies for creative, media, PR and events
- Budget management experience.
- Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team.
- Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Knowledge of French, Cantonese or Arabic will be an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.
- Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
