The Role
Position Title: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 22K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading AI-Powered FinTech company that offers a wide array of web-based corporate software. Job Description: • Lead the execution and optimization of the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels. • Develop and implement initiatives to elevate company’s brand, including content partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations. • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate brand strategy with broader marketing and company objectives. • Oversee brand marketing analytics, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand performance. • Manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications: • 27 to 40 years old • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field • At least 5 years experience as a digital/marketing manager, with specific experience in the FinTech/Internet-related/Cryptocurrency Space/Banking sector and experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns. • Preferably with CIM Certification • Understanding of financial products, markets, and the regulatory environment of cryptocurrencies and AI software is preferred. • Must have the ability to create compelling content tailored to the FinTech audience. • Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
