Job description
Introduction : We are hiring a Product Marketing Head/Chief Marketing Officer for our company.

Overview:

  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns. Leadership and staff management experience required. Advanced knowledge of delivering marketing messages through traditional and digital marketing, video, mobile platforms, and social media. The CMO will reflect their personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity in inclusion through actions that help build and contribute to an inclusive culture in which everyone can bring unique talents, skills and perspectives, and feels welcomed and valued.
  • The ideal candidates for the role will have a proven track record of building enduring IT consulting, SaaS product through storytelling; while also demonstrating expertise in growth marketing, customer acquisition and long-term customer retention. The candidate must be a team player and a self-starter with the ability to provide innovative and unconventional ideas, insights and strategies to the business.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide teams toward finishing projects and campaigns. Provide strategic guidance and work in partnership with senior leaders across the organization to develop and direct strategies that strengthen the BPK’s external presence, brand integrity, and visibility.
  • Approve and implement various policies to improve the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development, sales, and other departments.
  • Hold a position of high responsibility and have a scope for growth in other job roles.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.
  • Conceptualize and craft educational products and solution content for a variety of platforms, indirectly supporting sales team to have inbound queries for lead generation.
  • Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players.
  • Proactively and adapt to vertical sales team needs to quickly pivot to help with (inbound) lead generation and expand customer base
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, and design to ensure that the company’s marketing initiatives are aligned with its business objectives.
  • Help drive end to end CRM and customer loyalty strategy to build awareness and drive long term value and customer engagement
  • High proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to product expert.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze marketing metrics, make informed decisions, and optimize marketing campaigns. Prepare and manage budget and report on results.

  • Healthcare industry marketing experience, with knowledge of enterprise clientele.
  • Experience growing companies from $15M to $70M+ in revenue, with an aim to grow our footprint and brand awareness in the US.
  • Candidate will set-up and implement the end-to-end marketing strategy and be responsible for achieving marketing targets for both brand & performance marketing in North America Market.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree required or equivalent work experience, primarily in B2B focus in areas such as brand strategy, brand management, content creation, digital media, product marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • International marketing experience and experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, podcasts, online events, social media, content marketing, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and mentor an integrated high-performing marketing/strategic communications team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs. Results oriented problem solver.
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • History of consistently reaching quotas/attainment targets.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, and staff. Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
