Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead our efforts to promote Acquire BPO, generating quality leads for the sales team and nurturing these leads to create sales opportunities. This role is critical in developing strong sales collateral, managing corporate marketing and sales events, and ensuring our branding resonates with our target audience across various platforms. The Manager role will cover Acquire BPO, Acquire.AI and other affiliated brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and leading a team to delivery.
  • Lead Generation: Deploy performance-based marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Acquire’s strategic direction
  • Brand and Social Media Management: Oversee our branding efforts and engage with our audience on social media platforms to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Sales Support: Develop and refine sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and website updates, to support the sales process.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute corporate marketing and sales events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small, dedicated offshore (Acquire employed) team in Manila, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in a marketing leadership role, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, lead qualification, sales support, and brand management within relevant B2B sectors.
  • Adept at analysing performance data to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Exceptional creativity, paired with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a geographically dispersed team.
  • Tertiary qualifications are not necessary, but relevant experience is a must.

Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Sales opportunities created and their conversion rate.
  • Overall sales won attributable to marketing efforts.
  • High level of quality sales and marketing support material created.
