WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Singapore Vet Show.

Responsibilities:

  • As the marketing lead of the Singapore Vet Show and working together with the Conference team and the Event Director, develop and implement the show’s marketing strategy, positioning of its key messages and product strategy.
  • Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
  • Manage the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the Conference team, develop and align the content and marketing strategy with regular checkpoints throughout the campaign.
  • Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
  • Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
  • Database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics and forecasts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the products’ digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM and PPC strategies and social media.
  • Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
  • Source and manage vendors appointed for outsourced work (e.g. creative work, agents, etc).
  • As a line manager of delegate sales, provide guidance and mentorship to achieve delegate sales KPI.
