REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a mid-level to senior marketing role, focusing on
  • creating and delivering traditional and digital marketing tactics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator specifically), Canva, WordPress, Marketing CRM software (Account Engagement through Salesforce), and Salesforce.
  • Video creation and editing experience
  • Copywriting would be considered a bonus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and KPIs.

Traditional Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation of traditional marketing materials such as brochures, print ads, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Sponsorship negotiation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for traditional marketing Initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  • Ensure a strong online presence through optimization, SEO, and SEM strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing Campaigns.

Content Creation:

  • Creation and curate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling narratives and messaging.
  • Experience with the development of influential advertising (print, digital) campaigns from design to implementation.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor student marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance on marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set development goals for team members (as needed).

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor campaign costs and ROI, using data to inform marketing decisions for budget Optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to key stakeholders.
