Description:
We are a multi-campus cosmetology school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (remote position). You’ll be responsible for lead generation and branding.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee lead generation across social media, company websites, and other advertisement platforms
- Monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), Social Media, and CRM
- Meet goals for leads, with weekly reporting on performance metrics
- Help identify, select and manage marketing agencies/vendors to ensure implementation and performance
- Monitor reviews/comments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Generate ideas for marketing campaigns
- Manage our CRM (Velocify)
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns
- Direct Social Media strategies
- Help Build and Maintain Websites as needed
- Assist with various projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and come up with solutions
- Enthusiasm and persistence: exhibit passion and energy and has a can-do attitude. Follow through on tasks and goals
- Strong computer, reporting, and communication skills
