A newly created opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Affairs & Marketing team, based at St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and in collaboration with our sales leaders, you will be responsible for further developing the Toll brand in the market and driving new revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the execution of the marketing strategy and programs, collaborating closely with the marketing team, agencies, and business leaders, ensuring alignment with Toll’s overarching marketing objectives
  • Create impactful and persuasive content for a range of mediums including email, landing pages, social media, campaigns, presentations, and case studies.
  • Develop and manage the calendar of marketing programs, events, and activities in coordination with the strategic direction set by the Head of Marketing.
  • Lead content development for customer communications and campaigns, collaborating with the in-house design studio and external agencies on design & execution and creative production.
  • Manage Toll’s social media presence to drive brand and marketing objectives, overseeing scheduling, and utilising reporting/analytics to continually improve effectiveness. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with sales teams to engage customers and facilitate the sharing of customer success stories, serving as references for the brand.
  • Manage customer communications and engagement, including content pillars, calendar planning, and material development, aligning efforts with the overall marketing strategy

To ensure your success in this role you will possess:

  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with proven expertise in content creation and campaign management
  • Proven marketing and content/copy writing experience,
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong skills in CRM and electronic direct marketing, with a focus on leveraging Marketing Cloud.
  • A data-driven approach to managing marketing funnels and campaign spends.
  • Experience with basic design tools (e.g. Canva) an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; business English fluency is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in marketing / communications discipline
