Description:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and enhance our presence across a variety of social media platforms, from both in-house and outsourced.
  • Oversee, coordinate and create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Event Design and Delivery

  • Plan, design, coordinate and execute both compelling in-person and online events to support our client, prospecting and community strategies.
  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling and coordination with vendors, internal teams and event partners.
  • Evaluate the success of events and gather feedback to improve future events.

Third-Party Contractor Party Management

  • Identify, negotiate and manage relationships, contracts and budgets with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Ensure that any third-party services procured are fully aligned with manifesto’s marketing strategies, our manifesto and brand guidelines.

    Marketing MI and Analysis

  • Provide regular reporting (KPIs, trends, analysis and insights) to the Exec Team and manifesto board that fully describes the impact of marketing and drives future performance.

  • Ensure there is dovetailing of analysis between sales and marketing functions.

    Content Creation and Management

  • Oversee and directly contribute to the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including case studies, award entries, people profile-raising, thought leadership, web content, blogs, videos, newsletters and events.

  • Ensure content aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.

    Team Leadership and Development

  • Help set vision for a marketing team (in the event of line reports)

  • Lead, mentor, and develop any direct line reports to achieve their full potential
  • Support in levelling up awareness and understanding across the business of good marketing practice
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture

    Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with TPXimpact group marketing team.

  • Maintain a tight integration with the Growth and Client Services teams to support lead generation and reporting of impact of marketing activities.

    Market Insight and Trends

  • Keep your knowledge of markets, audiences, innovative best practices, channels etc., fully up to date, developing a deep understanding of the market we operate in, our clients and our own unique space we operate in.

    Building Brand Awareness

  • Constantly seeking opportunities to build and maintain brand traction in the marketplace, optimising PR opportunities when they present themselves.

  • Measuring where possible brand positioning and supporting KPIs

Responsibilities:

This exciting, hands-on role will help shape and realise the potential growth and impact of manifesto in the marketplace. Working across many marketing disciplines, you will be empowered to bring your creativity and marketing acumen into play daily. With full exposure to and deep relationships across the leadership team and key subject matter experts across the business, you will join a highly motivated, marketing-literate community and team.
As the Marketing Manager for manifesto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ultimately contributing to our growth mission. You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative marketing and brand campaigns, managing our social media channels, designing and organising events, overseeing third-party relationships, and providing crucial marketing management information (MI) to assess the impact of our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities This role will work across many functions. Aspects of the marketing role will need to serve manifesto as a whole business entity and specific sectors, teams and capabilities.
