Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support and assistance team as required
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Management of marketing campaigns including ordering of services and coordination of general marketing initiatives
  • Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions
  • Maintain the team’s calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessaryUpdate case studies, team bios, client testimonials and other marketing-related tasks as required
