THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re seeking a motivated individual with a knack for marketing strategy and operations. You should have experience in managing design teams, optimizing workflows, and driving successful marketing campaigns through data-driven insights.

  • Have a strong grip on marketing principles and best practices.
  • Wield top-notch project management and organizational skills.
  • Cast spells of excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Be fluent in design principles and able to harmonize with creative teams.
  • Possess experience in Canva, Monday.com (or similar tools), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Be an Adobe Suite maestro with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop enchantments.

As the Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager, you will be overseeing design processes, managing the design team, ensuring the seamless execution of visual assets across various marketing channels, and managing traffic and freelancer engagement. You will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency, elevating our visual identity, optimising resource allocation, and fostering collaboration with external design resources.
