Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for our next Marketing Coordinator to join us in our Sydney office.
This entry-level role will give you a unique understanding of how the advertising industry operates. Your work will focus on maintaining and building the Ogilvy brand while supporting day-to-day business operations.
This role supports the Ogilvy marketing and business operations functions of the agency. You will work with the Managing Director and be the agency brand steward across a varying range of projects and award show entries.
You’ll work closely with our Ogilvy leadership team and every department in our local offices. We’ll also support your learning in other areas of our business, according to your interests and career ambitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing:

  • Awards: Managing awards budgets for all offices, working with different offices to coordinate entries and required materials, project managing case study creation, managing and paying invoices, and manually entering submissions.
  • Fortnightly Pulse: Organising roster, sense-checking content, and sharing on socials.
  • Run internal and in-office events
  • Social media planning and management of Ogilvy’s social profiles: Including writing copy and creating assets.
  • Support marketing and PR activities.
  • Monthly marketing reports and updating marketing calendar.

Operations:

  • Supporting senior leadership team on key projects.
  • Project management for agency initiatives.
  • Update relevant company profiles e.g. Best Ads on TV, Little Black Book, AdForum.
  • Review website, Intranet, owned socials and email signatures for general updates.

New Business Support:

  • Support on new business pitches when needed including diary management, pulling bios and headshots, assets and resources.
