Responsibilities:

The Bluetooth SIG is seeking a highly intelligent, high-judgment, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the processes that enable marketing to operate efficiently and effectively while managing the execution of multiple events around the world. The ideal candidate must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision as well as managing all internal events such as Member Summits and Testing events. The Marketing Operations Manager role demands a blend of marketing expertise, project management skills, and a knack for data analysis to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations
  • Manage marketing projects via project management tools (Asana) from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and document marketing processes and workflows using Asana to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Monitor project process, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Event Management
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including member summits and testing events, held four times a year.
  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with marketing strategies and company branding.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality services while managing costs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of events are delivered to the highest standards, including logistics, branding, and attendee experience.
  • Evaluate event success using predefined KPIs, gathering feedback to inform future event strategies and improve ROI.
  • Serve as point of contact for stakeholders regarding event inquiries.
  • Manage overall SIG events budget within 10%.
  • Travel up to 10% worldwide.
