JOB SUMMARY

CoreView is searching for a proficient Marketing Operations Manager to enhance the collaboration and productivity of our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot and possess a strong background in developing processes for database management, lead routing, campaign tracking, and self-service systems.
In this role, you will be integral to the marketing team, tasked with refining our operations to maximize efficiency across the marketing funnel. Your experience in process optimization will be crucial, and you will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our business objectives.
This global role involves collaborating with our RevOps Team and providing support across various marketing functions, including Event and Digital Marketing, to help achieve our campaign and company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in tech companies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot/Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce) and other marketing technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Flexible personality and quick learner who operates with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to build strong networks and work cross-functionally to build trust and enable smooth execution of marketing activities for the business
  • Fluent English is required

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack
  • Establishment and monitoring of lead and opportunity SLAs in collaboration with RevOps Team
  • Implementation of best practices for data governance and database maintenance
  • Marketing campaign performance tracking for insights across marketing channels
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive marketing strategy execution
  • Streamlining of marketing workflows, processes, and systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Staying abreast of Marketing Operations trends and introducing innovative tools and techniques
  • Documentation and communication of internal processes as a change management leader
  • Management of database strategy including hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and analysis
  • Quarterly reporting with strategic recommendations for marketing efficiency improvements
  • Creation and maintenance of definitive marketing reports in partnership with the RevOps Team
  • Regular setup of Marketing Automation forms and Salesforce campaigns to support marketing initiatives
  • Resolution of technical issues with marketing platforms as needed
  • Travel as needed (5 - 10%), including travel to the US and EU.
