JOB SUMMARY:
Fresche’s marketing team is exploding, and we are looking for our next Marketing Ops Manager to own, implement, manage and scale our marketing operations processes and tech stack with direct impact on revenue generation. A pivotal member of our team, you will build and optimize marketing scalable processes, manage and improve our systems and tools, and own the insights and analytics with recommendations to maximize ROI for pipeline and revenue generation targets. We are looking for a savvy, data-driven marketing ops guru with proven success in driving measurable results across demand generation and marketing programs to fuel sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain and improve our marketing automation platform and integrations with the extended martech stack for operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize tools and processes for attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance to fuel revenue generation.
- Work closely with demand gen, content and product marketing to support campaign execution from lead gen to lead nurture including campaign creation architecture, list creation and segmentation, lead management, a/b testing and optimizations, tracking and reporting on campaign performance, focused on optimizing and maximizing ROI.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs with the ability to develop insights to optimize our marketing funnel, channels, campaigns.
- Work closely with the RevOps team to review and optimize workflows, processes and reporting ensuring data integrity and accuracy from marketing lead attribution to revenue.
- Develop and document marketing ops workflows and processes to ensure scalability.
- Be our expert to troubleshoot and streamline workflows and technical issues for the marketing team.
