JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Experience with marketing automation software (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience with email marketing
- Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns execution:
- Building landing pages, emails, forms, target lists, processing workflows in HubSpot based on the brief from Demand Gen Campaigns managers
- Web forms infrastructure: implementing, testing, troubleshooting
- Webinars’ logistics, including Zoom/GoToWebinar set up, follow-up process, on-demand experience
- Ensuring accurate data flow between the systems (HubSpot->SFDC)
- Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance
Database Management
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data flowing from the web forms, other integrated systems
- Helping with data cleansing and troubleshooting
Project Management
- Supporting projects of Marketing Operations Department: record project goals, decisions made in meetings, create project schedules, monitor progress and schedule meetings to ensure that the project is completed in time.
Marketing Processes & Documentation
- Creating and maintaining documentation on marketing processes, HubSpot system documentation
