JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, optimizing processes, executing and monitoring campaigns, and handling our social media channels. This role is crucial for supporting our global marketing efforts and driving data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing tech stack management:
  • Select, integrate, and manage marketing tools and platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with marketing technologies.
  • Campaign execution:
  • Set up, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web.
  • Implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Social media management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts, creating and scheduling content across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Medium, Youtube, etc.).
  • Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Data management and analysis:
  • Ensure data quality and integration across systems.
  • Generate and analyze KPIs and reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights.
  • Formulate data-driven recommendations for improved marketing strategies.
  • Process optimization:
  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and document marketing operations best practices and SOPs.
  • Ensure that marketing strategies are up-to-date with industry and technological developments.
  • Budget management:
  • Track marketing spend and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Manage resources to support campaign execution.
