ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

StandardFusion is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team in Vancouver, BC on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing data, lead flow, automation, and executing nurture and marketing campaigns. With the role focusing on Marketing Operations, you’ll excel in data analytics as well as develop and execute acquisition campaigns.

  • Lead Flow and Automation Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end lead flow process, ensuring that the appropriate teams receive lead data. Optimize lead generation processes and manage leads from various sources. Oversee marketing automation systems such as ActiveCampaign and Dynamics 365 to streamline campaign execution.
  • Data Management: Be responsible for effectively managing marketing data to maintain accuracy and integrity. Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Nurture Campaign Execution: Utilize marketing automation platforms to execute ongoing lead nurturing campaigns. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create engaging nurture campaigns that resonate with prospects at different stages of their buyer’s journey. Continuously optimize nurture strategies based on data insights.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Play a cross-functional role in creating and implementing campaigns. Leverage data and insights from multiple teams to develop strategies for acquiring new leads through targeted email marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies based on results.

This role encompasses a variety of skills, and we do not expect candidates to have extensive experience in every area. Flexibility and the aptitude to quickly learn new skills are key factors for thriving in this position. Strong communication is required, and post-secondary education in English, communications, or a related field is preferred, with three plus years of relevant marketing experience. Additionally, experience in any of the following areas is considered an asset:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Proven understanding of marketing systems and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for optimizing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM’s, Process Tools, and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
