Description:

Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sports governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific. TA has grown considerably in the past few years with continued expansion domestically, regionally and globally, and this role of Marketing Partnerships Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to be an important part of this continued growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to manage and execute the contractual assets of the Australian Open, Australian Open Series, and Tennis Australia Partners. You will also leverage opportunities within the partner and event landscape to maximise ROI for both our partners and Tennis Australia.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team on nominated Australian Open, Australian Open Series and Tennis Australia Partners
  • Execute all nominated partner contractual benefits
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of all budgeted revenue and surplus targets
  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities within the partner and event landscape to maximise ROI for both partners and Tennis Australia
  • Provide support to the team on appropriate nominated team tasks

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience within the Partnerships/Sponsorship Industry
  • Experience in large scale event management and implementation is highly regarded
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills adeptly utilised to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Strong understanding of Australian and International partnerships at all levels including partnership brand objectives
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
