Description:
Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sports governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific. TA has grown considerably in the past few years with continued expansion domestically, regionally and globally, and we are now seeking a Marketing Partnerships Lead to contribute to and drive this continued growth. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role will manage a portfolio of partners, using strategic insight to drive sustainable revenue growth for Tennis Australia. This opportunity is best suited for someone with a genuine passion for Tennis or the sports industry, coupled with the adeptness to engage effectively with industry stakeholders.

About the role
In this role you will:
- Drive and deliver end-to-end success as it relates to Partner ROI
- Develop, present & implement leveraging opportunities to current Partners with the view to increase revenue for the business
- Manage end-to-end delivery of contracted partnership benefits
- Maintain and develop world-class relationships with partners
- Drive internal brand advocacy and understanding across all relevant internal stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience working within Partnerships or Sponsorships
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, Marketing or similar
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian and International partnership across all levels including partnership brand objectives
- Demonstrated competency in conflict management with the ability to develop and maintain strong networking relationships
- Proven capability in developing and adhering to budgets
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
