About the role

As a Marketing Performance Analyst, you will support marketing and sales related reporting and analysis, forecast sales trends for tribe updates and support the growth, insights, and activation team to drive sales momentum through defined initiatives. You will work with PSD and DSE delivery squads to align on performance KPIs, and be the voice of our sales performance for the tribe. You will work with external partners and growth and insights team to deliver annual benchmark study on digital sales & engagement trends. This role will support the marketing performance initiative to drive sales momentum across digital channels, and initiate growth strategies for the bank based on customer segmentation and engagement metrics.

Responsibilities:

Identifying opportunities to drive growth in digital sales and leads performance.
Supporting mid / long term (3 to 5 years) digital sales growth opportunities.
Supporting simplification and automation work across digital sales and performance reporting.
Providing weekly, monthly sales momentum updates for PSD / DSE Tribe and our business partners.
Supporting the alignment of annual target setting with our business partners by building out the bottoms up initiative view.
Identifying opportunities and gaps based on delivery initiatives during fortnightly performance review.
Data collection and support with data automation across platforms to build out the end-to-end funnel sales view.
Support marketing, personalisation, and site conversion team in performance measurement against yearly targets.
Regular analysis of delivery initiatives, marketing campaigns, product and offer changes in relation to overall sales outcome.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Experience in coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholder engagement to deliver sales momentum updates.
Strong attention to detail, and good understanding of digital marketing channels / tactics.
Ability to use data and critical thinking to conduct analysis, future projections and drawing out insights.
Collaborate with people from various expertise and backgrounds and open to different perspectives.
Experience with Agile workflow management and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
