Knowledge of data and technology is required to effectively work with markets and champion the common capabilities established in the global MarTech stack.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with global and local teams to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives
  • Continuously monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Guiding local teams with best practices on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and provide market support in other digital marketing capabilities
  • Leading market enablement of digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance markets’ marketing capability and drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital marketing capabilities needed and co-create solutions to support business growth and competitive advantage
  • Supporting markets across key customer journeys and build out best-in-class digital journeys
  • Showcasing curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset to learn, problem-solve, and contribute positively to the team.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing, ensuring adherence and mitigating risks
