Description:

Are you a strategic marketer passionate about optimising the acquisition of leads and driving sales success? We’re seeking an Auckland or Dunedin based dynamic Marketing Performance Manager to join our team and significantly impact our sales pipeline!
As the Marketing Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our commercial function, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead generation marketing activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product teams, and Franchise owners, you’ll be at the forefront of real-time consumer engagement to increase leads and convert sales opportunities. You will identify and drive best practices to uniform lead management and customer experience across our franchise network and lead franchisees to maximise their daily sales potential.

Just some of the things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement data-driven lead generation strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and analyse propensity and churn models to understand customer behaviour, enabling proactive retention and upselling strategies.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour to enhance the lead generation and loan conversion process.
  • Own our digital sales pipeline, monitoring and influencing the real-time lead-to-loan funnel.
  • Oversee the MTF Finance website, ensuring it’s up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with external and internal teams to optimise lead generation and loan conversion efforts.
  • Analyse lead generation data, make data-driven decisions and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Five years minimum experience in lead generation, data analysis, Conversion Rate Optimisation, or a related role.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in website management, including content updates, performance optimisation, and security implementation.
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wag Tail).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and mobile responsiveness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for optimising lead generation/lead conversion processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools and analytics platforms is a must.
