What you’ll be doing:
Ensure European Marketing Master plan is reflected in Agile Planning Tool always up to date and making sure all relevant partners are informed about the changes in master plan which has been implemented after the campaign cascade
Marketing system set up allowing introduction of innovations and managing 1E portfolio files for given category

Key responsibilities:

  • Assuring 1E Marketing master plan loaded and always up to date in Agile planning tool
  • converting xls pagination into full campaign plans in Agile Planning Tool – all vehicles and sections offer creation including page weight set up (Q stage)
  • Offer updates in APT during Teamwork session (Monthly stage)
  • Communication to All markets planners of any change to the plans after Campaign cascade (together with managing the xls base of all changes)
  • adding new products (based on CMIR), FSCs, costs
  • completing pricing corridors for products that have equivalents in the current portfolio (flankers to existing brands, line extensions)
  • adding cluster interests in Horizon (+COI changes if needed)
  • requesting COD changes
  • communication with Global in cases of system errors (e.g. COA different than the planned COI)
  • communication with Global on micro topics (missing or incomplete PABs, missing scented page profiles)
  • preparation of brief for sample in Rep Magazine offer on monthly basis (newness, deletes)
  • preparation of brief for all products in core brochure which must be marked as: newness, while stock last (WSL), last time (products available for the last time in the brochure at regular sales)
  • checking compliance of Core brochure & Rep Magazine layouts with LL (for master plan)
  • preparing list of micros planned
  • preparation of report with WSL, last time, newness for print department
