MARKETING CAMPAIGN PLANNING CO-ORDINATOR – 12 MONTHS

Purpose of role:
Working within the marketing team, the role will support the Marketing Planner with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the estate including our New Store Opening programme. The role will work with the wider brand team by co-ordinating the critical path for each campaign and event

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • The role will be responsible for coordinating all elements of the global & local marketing calendars ensuring they are all aligned with the macro campaigns.
  • Partner with key stakeholders & product business partners to inform briefs for all creative requirements across all channels including POS, Web, Social and Windows.
  • Be the fountain of knowledge and gatekeeper for all things calendar related ensuring our local teams are represented in the overall mix.
  • Support the Marketing Planner to deliver the NSO strategy, working with relevant media buying agencies and event agencies to deliver a 360-marketing campaign for new store openings.
  • Working with the regional marketing teams and key stake holders to collate regional data, insights, local nuances, and customer profiles which can inform marketing strategies
  • Liaise with the global team to collate feedback, feed into central marketing plans and help schedule and post regional content. Ensure reporting on all elements is sent out to the wider team on a weekly basis.
  • Work with Primark stake holders and external agencies to support and assist delivery of local marketing activity which will include (but not limited to): Primark in-store services, shopping centers, universities & schools & store openings.
  • Assisting the implementation of location marketing activity, working with retail and regional teams to make sure all information is relevant and up to date and we’re maximising all marketing opportunities.

  • 1-2 years’ experience minimum in online & offline marketing
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, as well as a keen interest in emerging platforms and live stream.
  • Previous experience with agency management and working with third party partners
  • Previous experience with using Business Manager, listening platforms such as Brandwatch and analytics platforms such as Sprinkler and Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience with marketing campaign management in both regional and global markets
