Description:

This individual in this dynamic position is responsible for:

  • Leading and overseeing marketing projects, tasks, and timelines from start to implementation
  • Collaborating with business leaders to determine marketing needs, drivers, project requirements, timelines, etc. from conception to delivery
  • Effectively collaborating with the company’s business leaders and Creative teams to provide project leadership, support, and overall direction.
  • Creating a project task list and schedule with clear responsibilities and milestones, and proactively communicating project status, including key milestones, deadlines, risks and deliverable date changes.
  • Managing assigned resources, cross-functional team communication, and daily/weekly standups for progress between branding, creative, social, and other departments
  • Creating templates and other relevant marketing and proposal tools.
  • Leading project reviews, final approval, and implementation/execution with business unit or functional group
  • Coordinating with other functional groups for business development activities and management of RFQ/RFP/RFI responses
  • Creating, managing, and archiving proposal workspaces and proposal documents in corporate tools
  • Coordinating and managing requirements for customer meetings (presentation materials, meeting space, etc.)
  • Managing and administering marketing swag, giveaways, etc.
  • Managing and administering internal communications over various mediums (email, digital, newsletters, etc.)
  • Developing a strong understanding of business, technology and solutions offered by CTDI as well as Marketing and Creative capabilities
  • Identifying and troubleshoot bottlenecks in workflow and keep leadership informed of all issues with deadlines
  • Continuously evaluating ways of working, project management processes, resource allocation, quality of deliverables, and proposing solutions.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment reinforcing partnership, transparency, and quality

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to write, edit content, create powerpoint presentations.
  • Effective communicator (both written and spoken) with the ability to work with individuals of all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to prioritize projects and be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently, as needed, and consistently meet established timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical-thinking disposition.

Required Experience:

  • Project Management experience
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1+ years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
  • Experience in both PC & MAC environments preferred
  • Understanding of, and experience in proposal management, a plus
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or related program
