JOB DESCRIPTION

ClearSK Medical Aesthetics Group, a leader in providing premier aesthetic services, is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting the Marketing and Corporate Development Director in overseeing the progress and addressing the challenges of various marketing projects and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Background in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of marketing projects across our clinics in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Ensure project milestones are met by working closely with Persons in Charge (PICs).
  • Utilize systematic approaches and tools to track project performance and KPIs.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
