We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our Consumer team and help us establish, lead and deliver a number of key initiatives. This newly created 12-month fixed term role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to immerse themselves in a number of business-critical projects, spanning multiple disciplines, all designed to help us optimise consumer and retailer experiences ultimately driving maximum contribution with a focus on revenue, volume, ARPU, contribution and market share.
Mōu - About you
You will be able to show us your extensive marketingproject management skills and proven success having led key business projects that span multiple disciplines such as marketing, communications, customer experience, product and more and ideally within consumer or service-based industries.
You’ll be able to showcase alongside your marketing experience, your project management skills showing us what project management disciplines you bring to the table, how you manage projects and teams, what resources you would bring that would allow you to kick start into action, alongside demonstrating a true customer advocate mindset. This is not an IT project management role. We are looking for someone with project management skills having led big projects within marketing or communications or brand or customer experience. Knowledge of the retail industry would be advantageous.
You will be able to articulate that you are commercially savvy and collaborative. Your stakeholder management skills will be second to none and you’ll love working alongside marketing and commercially focussed teams to deliver excellence. Your relationship management skills will be evident from day one. This role works extensively with both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers and often is required to educate and bring people along on the journey.

You’ll be able to demonstrate;

  • Relevant project management qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including marketing, communications brand, customer experience and insight. Experience working within retail environments would be an advantage too.
  • The ability to work on more than one project simultaneously
  • Solid organisation skills
  • A proactive work ethic
