JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves driving essential business outcomes for critical programs within the organization focused on the Higher Education market. They will work on complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring their programs and campaigns to life. They act as a champion for their programs, fostering strong alignment and relationships to achieve unified success.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
Base Salary Range
Responsibilities:
- 5-7 years of previous experience in integrated marketing or a related marketing role is highly desirable.
- Candidates with a background in demand generation, digital marketing, or customer marketing may also be considered
- A strong foundation in marketing principles, project management, and branding are essential for success in this role
- Having a good understanding of the D2L products and Education markets is crucial
- Demonstrated project management experience in successfully managing marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for crafting persuasive product content, creating presentations, and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations to internal teams, clients, and prospects.
- Previous involvement in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads
