Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This market leading tech brand are looking to bring on a Project Manager to help support the Product Marketing team as a maternity leave cover for 11 months, starting ASAP in April. With strong project management experience, you’ll take ownership over your own projects collaborating with internal and external suppliers, partners and agencies with meticulous attention to detail. Working across social, digital and content, you’ll be hands on in execution including copywriting, CRM management, CMS uploads, briefing media teams and collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders all whilst managing budgets, timelines and problem solving. To succeed, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, enjoy working in a flat structure along with rolling up your sleeves to bring the work to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the execution of digital campaign content across CRM, Content, Social, Website
  • Manage the delivery of digital product campaigns for key partners, coordinating and managing all key relationships across the business, including ANZ and global counterparts
  • Brief, co-ordinate and manage external vendors, agencies and suppliers, keeping projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and distribute content, including writing and uploading resources to CMS systems and communicating new assets to internal and partner teams
  • Localise required content, ensuring cultural viability and channel readiness through content review
  • Support internal stakeholders with their specific communication needs to share project activities, updates, and results
  • Create, maintain and update project trackers including all key stakeholders status and action items
