Intelcom is on a mission to become a leader in the parcel carrier industry for the eCommerce sector. We need a talented, inspired, and inspiring Marketing Project Manager to drive key marketing programs intended to maximize brand exposure across all our regions of operation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with internal teams, you will be a key player in the transformation of a Montreal-based company with international expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and improve key marketing programs starting with station branding and vehicle branding programs.
  • Manage projects with affiliates agencies and service providers.
  • Work with freelancers for specialty expertise such as graphic design and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure effective program rollouts.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and calendar.
  • Create executive level presentations for project tracking.
  • Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end. This will involve regular travel to stations across Canada (approx. once a month)
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, especially those directly related to your own projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement for permanent programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, event management or other related fields.
  • University or College degree in business administration or marketing.
  • English and French communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage several large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with the MS office suite, mainly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with other project management tools like Monday.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Curiosity that motivates you to keep up to date with the industry’s latest developments, trends, and competitors.
