Job Summary:
This role will play a key role in driving the adoption of Residential HVAC customer programs and programs that enable demand generation and drive market share growth. This person will be responsible for collaborating across Residential and the Americas Marketing teams, Sales Teams in the company-owned and independent wholesale distribution channels, digital and IT teams, product managers, and external agency and technology providers to administer programs and promotions. We are looking for someone who is a team player and considers themselves curious, eager to solve problems and make improvements. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and have a strong customer experience mindset. This role requires working with remote teammates, customers and vendor partners and strong organizational skills are needed to manage priorities across channels and customers. This role is perfect for someone who likes to move at a fast pace, help customers, and be involved in a variety of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing operations, and/or marketing promotions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar.
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously and react flexibly to changes that may occur.
  • A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
  • Experience working with data integrations and/or data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate promotion strategy across RHVAC/Americas sales, marketing, and product management.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of manufacturer rebates and sales incentives, including loyalty dealer promotions, ductless promotions, and custom promotions.
  • Forecast and reconciling budget for manufacturer promotions, including the awards budget and costs to administer promotions.
  • Communicate national and local marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain program reporting for marketing and sales teams.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities and provide promotion recommendations based on reporting and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners, Customer Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Technology, Field Sales Teams on strategy and execution for RHVAC program and promotion management.
  • Collaborate with customers to find resolution to promotional inquiries.
  • Help shape goals, objectives and metrics and communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders across our business.
