Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage all marketing endeavours for new & existing retail accounts, with the aim of driving brand awareness & growth.
  • Digital presence – LinkedIn. website, building our company online presence and visibility.
  • Working with design team to build content creation & collateral for social media. Post weekly on our core social channels.
  • Event management – planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engagement with target customers and retailers. Work with design team to planogram exhibitions & graphics. Planogram/preparation for all exhibitions.
  • Brand, product & company presentations, to include gap analysis and suggest retail promotional support for customers (competitions/social media collaborations/in-store ads).
  • Creating & managing all branded collateral & all assets e.g., Look books, leaflets, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletter, marketing decks and brand decks.
  • Provide support to sales teams by incorporating branding into marketing presentations and handling ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed from sales team.
  • Manage and conduct pre-sales, after-sales support, and marketing assistance to customers, distributors, and prospects. This includes email-marketing, testimonials & case studies.
  • Provide product training and support to sales team, distributors, key accounts, and prospects.
  • Consider all direct marketing activates to communicate to both new and existing clients through e-catalogues, infographics, livestream events, webinars, podcasts, Case studies and customer testimonials.
  • Product photography management, including working with partners on how to maximise their brands on retailer platforms. Also working with Design content creator for social media content.
