We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Science Specialist to join our dynamic market intelligence team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing analytics, advanced statistical methods, data modeling, and experiment design. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex marketing and consumer data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic marketing decisions. Your expertise in quantitative analysis and data-driven marketing will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing campaigns and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market intelligence analytics initiatives to extract insights from large, complex datasets, and present them in a visually compelling and digestible format.
  • Leverage statistical methodologies and predictive modeling techniques to understand customer behavior, segment markets, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing channels and campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and implement best practices for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop marketing attribution models to accurately attribute revenue and customer acquisition to different marketing channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging trends in marketing analytics, data science, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (such as R, Python), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics methodologies, including experimental design, segmentation, predictive modeling, customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into persuasive presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
