Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in onboarding new marketing services clients and overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns for our clients. This role requires an individual who excels at multitasking, has excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing clear communication and support to address any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, including setting up initial meetings, collecting necessary information and establishing communication channels.
  • Initial point of contact and support liaison for marketing inbound support tickets, resolving or escalating tickets as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital and sales to ensure that clients projects are delivered on time and client onboarding is executed smoothly.
  • Provide regular monthly meetings to deliver campaign results and changes as needed.
  • Implement paid Social Media campaigns post client approval of campaigns from creative.
  • Establish relationships as a trusted partner, facilitating opportunities to help and deliver additional products and services.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics as directed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both with clients and internal teams both verbally and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
