  • Oversees all promotional event rules and regulations in accordance with MICs and TICs and Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce Gaming Commission procedures and standards
  • In a timely manner, assists in resolving customer and employee complaints not resolvable by subordinates by listening, investigating and answering questions
  • Partners with gaming vendors and electronic games department to promote pre-established electronic games and promotional giveaways; based on facility requirements, incumbent may write promotional rules on established previous rules and history as approved by the Gaming Commission as communicated by management
  • Oversees the data entry, maintenance, linkage and downloads of direct mail extracts, promotional codes, blocks and groups within casino management systems ensuring pre- and post-promotional data is captured and forwarded to appropriate departments
  • Provides facility management with information to complete pre- and post-performance for all casino events. Develops, analyzes and distributes daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports by manipulating data that is extracted from the systems that show promotional success rates and other pertinent information, such as adjusted player tracking points
  • Runs Win/Loss statements for patrons through data obtained from the system and entering into a standardized form and provides to appropriate levels of management
  • Adjusts and merges duplicate accounts in the database as needed through running reports and audits in the system
  • Acts as a super user for the facility and is available to staff to train, answer questions and give directions on system functionality
  • Runs reports to audit department processes and to identify incorrect information and ensures all information is obtained
  • Coordinates with third party vendors to supply names for marketing analysis and planned mailings to ensure promotion material is sent to targeted guests
  • Oversees promotional events at the facility level
  • Analyzes past promotional events in the casino-based management system to determine the profitability of each promotion based on knowledge of industry trends relating to gaming industry profit and loss analysis
  • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
  • Audits Casino Management System System information for correctness based on MICs, TICs, gaming regulations, internal policies and procedures and revenue reporting regulations
  • Determines necessary changes to Casino Database System to better reach existing and potential client base
  • Measures the effectiveness of direct mail programs, promotions and special events, gaming / marketing trends by developing analytical tools, reports and designs for direct mail campaigns
  • Provides recommendations for potential future promotions at the facility level
  • Assists senior facility management with managing assigned budgets - preparation, forecasts, expense management, approvals, communications, reporting, etc.
  • Analyzes new and current member acquisitions through established historical player metrics to exceed enrollment and increase rated play maximizing facility profits
  • Communicates with staff on all upcoming events and casino promotions. Coordinates and dispenses information to facility and patrons on marketing programs
  • Determines patron comps and rewards by analyzing historical rated play to develop initiatives and promotions that will increase loyalty and revenue for the facility
  • All other duties as assigned
