    Stock Market Kitchen is a restaurant business that creates fresh and wholesome meals. We primarily offer salads, soups, pasta, bread and more.
    The Marketing Specialist for Stock Market Kitchen plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Manager, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the restaurant’s objectives and resonate with target audiences.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stock Market Kitchen, including online and offline channels, in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social medias, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to increase online presence and drive customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email newsletters, and website updates, to attract and retain customers.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, including messaging, imagery, and tone of voice, to maintain a strong brand identity and reputation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotions, including special events, discounts, and loyalty programs, to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive collaboration opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems and processes to segment customers, personalize communications, and foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
