We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on digital marketing to join our team at Elizabeth Finn Homes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, creative and detail-oriented with a passion for digital strategies, content creation, and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience with digital marketing campaigns and developing social media channels.
  • Proficient in website content management.
  • Experience with copywriting and creative content development.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel regularly to the 8 care home sites with occasional overnight stays.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts, including website, online promotion and advertising and social media.
  • Support with the analysis and reporting on campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance, maximising search engine optimisation through content solutions.
  • Develop creative blogs and video assets for website and social media to drive engagement.
  • Implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, growing social media channels.
  • Manage the marketing events calendar, working with Social Engagement Leads and General Managers. Supporting creative materials, arranging photography / videography and attending events across the 8 care homes.
  • Liaise with General Managers to ensure all positive stories and activities are captured and shared across all channels.
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Canva or similar programs to create visually appealing social media posts and general marketing materials.
  • Work closely with external agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in copywriting for various marketing collateral, including website content, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Manage print and production of all marketing materials.
  • Support with all recruitment requests, uploading to website and promotion as required.
  • Manage care home directories keeping content and reviews up to date. Monitoring performance of existing and / or new sector directories.
