We are currently partnering with a client who provides innovative solutions for infrastructure maintenance and construction. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist on a 12-month Maternity leave contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and customer service teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a passion for marketing, and excellent communication skills.

• Manage all the social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. As well as managing any changes to the company website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the brand identity.
• Marketing administration duties: Such as preparing the annual Marketing plan and budget, internal meeting agendas and developing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, templates, newsletters, and videos).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Use this information to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the relationships with the outsourced Marketing Agencies and organise regular meetings with them to monitor their progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
