We are looking for a competent Marketing Specialist to join our APAC team based in Singapore.
You will assist the Regional Marketing Manager APAC in daily tasks of the department. Being the key supporting pillar to execute marketing and communication strategies for APAC partners, you are also expected to contribute significantly to any other ad-hoc tasks that can be assigned to you for any new project developments.
To stay close to the Scandinavian cultures of Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we are also well supported by our functional Team in our Copenhagen headquarter.

CORE SKILLS

  • Bachelor´s degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business administration or similar.
  • Min 3-5 years relevant work experience from a marketing/communication and/or commercial/retail department or PR agency.
  • Commercial acumen/awareness.
  • Data-driven: good data and analytical approach to derive sharp decisions. Able to perform post-mortem analysis to measure the outcome of campaigns.
  • Savvy in the digital space.
  • Manage social media channels and digital tools to create content.
  • Experience in event planning and organization.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluent in English verbally and written.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Marketing Manager closely to implement plans and activities with APAC partners. With heavier focus on overall digital landscape and SoMe platforms, you will facilitate brand building, plan traffic driving initiatives to stores and promote good engagement in our digital ecosystem across the growing APAC business.
One of the key tasks will be to develop a strategic PR and Communication process to build beneficial relationships between the organization – HQ and APAC markets – also keeping in close mind of targeted audiences and customers, media outlets and all related stakeholders per market.
You will need to have an outstanding ability to craft and deliver marketing strategies for Marketing APAC Team and not limited to brand, digital, social and communications. The end goal is to support and drive revenue online and offline to the APAC Team.
Having a sense of Business/Commercial acumen will be a huge plus for the Team!

Daily basis:

  • Support franchisees in developing and creating comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Support and approve franchisees’ proposals to ensure engaging content tailored to each market’s audience, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and ads.
  • Oversee and validate all social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and staying ahead with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content creation teams to ensure alignment between social media content, overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis of social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
  • Consolidate franchisees’ marketing budgets and propose allocation effectively to maximize ROI and achieve predetermined KPIs, in line with Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in social media marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (the marketing team, commercial team, and/or management) to align with broader marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, and technologies, recommending and implementing new strategies and tools as appropriate.
  • Stay updated on guidelines and regulations related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities in all markets.

Strategy:

  • Support the implementation of marketing plans for franchise markets in line with global marketing plan and strategy.
  • Improve, develop and search internal and external Marketing and Communication tools.
  • Monthly campaigns briefings creation, adapted to each franchise market.
  • Daily workflow aligned with Marketing Manager such as keeping close tabs on active discussions amidst weekly catch ups and to support on monthly business reports meetings with respective markets.
  • Career progression aligned with APAC Director and Marketing Manager, your work performance will be assessed and opportunity of being the co-pilot of selected APAC markets awaits. This will greatly elevate your regional knowledge as well as the exciting work experiences that come along.
