SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous Marketing experience required, ideally managing a marketing/promotions calendar.
• Experience within the pharmacy/health industry preferred but not necessary.
• Experience working in retail, franchise or agency highly regarded.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Monday.com or similar project office tool experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for hands-on and energetic Marketing Specialists (x2) to join our dynamic Chemist Discount Centre Marketing team. These roles will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and driving impactful marketing campaigns, as well as supporting our pharmacies directly with new store openings and local area marketing (LAM), social content and member onboarding.
Reporting to the Head of Chemist Discount Centre Marketing, you will implement catalogue campaigns across print, digital, social and LAM whilst working closely with and supporting key stakeholders across the business and our 40+ and growing Chemist Discount Centres.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Developing the creative catalogue/campaign concepts
• Coordinating catalogue and point of sale artwork and approvals.
• Managing the printing and distribution of catalogues and point of sale and timelines.
• Report weekly on progress and performance of all campaigns.
• Ensuring consistency of catalogue promotional assets in digital, social as well as instore.
• Working with Loyalty team to ensure consistent messaging and all activity implemented as per the marketing calendar.
• Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement promotional digital content for Chemist Discount Centre website.
• Develop and implement all professional health services and health promotions with Professional Services team, as per marketing calendar.
