Responsibilities:

  • Main objective: acquiring new customers and developing the existing ones (offline and online)
  • Conception, development and implementation of marketing communication and support measures in the B2B and B2C area
  • Maintenance and further development of the Branding Guidelines for Financial Institutions
  • Cooperation with product management in the conception of communication measures for product enhancements and/or new developments
  • Responsible for target achievement and budget within the area of responsibility
  • Collaboration in the development of the annual marketing planning as well as in cross-bank projects
  • Ongoing consultation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing agencies and ensuring coordination between internal and external partners
  • Preparing presentations for internal and external customers
  • Managing administrative tasks
