Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our innovative North American Marketing Team. This role will focus on overseeing the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, tailored especially for our Canadian audience with a significant emphasis on the Quebec market. This position will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and offers a unique opportunity to impact our brand’s reach and success in the competitive Canadian market, particularly in Quebec.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar.
  • Bilingual fluency in both French and English required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in crafting impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and performance evaluation software, HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to execute marketing projects.
  • Exceptional skills in translation, copywriting, and copyediting.
  • Strong collaboration skills to produce meticulously crafted content.
  • A driven and innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence in marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a versatile marketing generalist, actively supporting various team functions from field events and content creation to product marketing and digital campaigns, ensuring execution and collaborative success across all marketing initiatives.
  • Translate applicable marketing content and campaigns into French to cater specifically to the Quebec audience.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including the creation of email campaigns that effectively onboard, nurture, engage, and retain both potential and current customers.
  • Continuously identify and leverage opportunities to enhance performance metrics such as email open rates, click rates, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze previous campaigns to identify strengths and areas for improvement to refine future marketing efforts.
  • Help design targeted marketing campaigns that address the specific pain points of our clientele.
  • Create compelling landing pages and marketing assets to ensure campaign success.
  • Assist in producing engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring clarity, engagement, and error-free communication.
