As the Marketing Specialist for growth, you will lead our inbound growth initiatives, drive demand generation and optimize the marketing funnel, all from our Brisbane Head Office (hybrid working!) at Eight Mile Plains. Your goal is to enhance lead quality and boost conversion rates from lead to opportunity through innovative strategies and relentless optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist in growth with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and growth roles within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful demand generation programs.
  • Expertise in marketing automation/CRMs, budgeting, media planning, and SEO, with a keen understanding of how these elements contribute to overall growth objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CMO, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies encompassing various channels and verticals to fuel our growth trajectory. Continuously explore and experiment with new lead generation channels and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Channel Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital demand generation channels, including but not limited to SEO, email marketing, events, content syndication, ABM, and customer lifecycle marketing. Leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Utilize our existing database to execute automated lifecycle campaigns, such as nurture programs, as well as ad-hoc campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics and Insights: Harness the power of data analysis to derive actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. Translate insights into strategic decisions and iterative improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
