POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in boosting the marketing efforts of LINK Mobility. This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to support commercial initiatives, leverage data for strategic decision-making and manage projects.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over 3 years expence in a similar role, preferably in a software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Master’s or specialized course in marketing/data analysis is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and planning related tools such as Trello, Asana etc.
  • Ability to understand technical products and convey features effectively.
  • Proactively approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Support: proactively support lead generation, facilitate seamless lead transfer to the sales team, and contribute to developing strategies for enhanced business performance.
  • Database Segmentation: analyze the customer database, tailor marketing offers based on distinct segments, and refine strategies to align with evolving customer behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Data Extraction and Analysis: analyze data, collaborate closely with technical teams to address issues related to data extraction, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Project Management and Event Coordination: collaborate with the product team to plan and prioritize projects aligned with business objectives. Act as a liaison between marketing and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and driving project execution. Provide support in organizing events and digital activities.
